This privacy policy governs your use of the www.bosswallah.com (“Website”), Boss Wallah App (“App”) (Both Website and App are jointly referred to as “Application”) and the other associated applications, websites and services managed by the Company, if any. Please read this privacy policy (“Policy”) carefully before using the Application along with the Terms of Use ('ToU') provided on the Application. Your use of the Application, or services in connection with the Application or registrations with Boss Wallah through any modes or usage of any service including through any of the devices shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Website, App or avail any of our Services.
This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how Boss Wallah collects, uses, processes and discloses information provided by you or collected by Boss Wallah, via any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise. Boss Wallah collects and user the information you provide to it, including information obtained from your use of the Services. Also, Boss Wallah may use the information that it collects for its internal purposes to develop, tune, enhance, and improve the Services, and for advertising and marketing consistent with this Policy. This Policy applies to the users, visitors or service providers who the Application or Services anywhere in the world.

The Application obtains and stores the information you provide when you download, register and use the Application or Services. Boss Wallah may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they download the Application. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of device and technical information about the users’ means of connection to the Application, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
You provide basic personal information about yourself while using the Application. If you correspond with Boss Wallah by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email addresses and our responses. Additionally, we store information about users’ contacts when users manually enter contact or e-mail addresses or transfer contact information from other online social networks. Boss Wallah also collects general information about your use of the Services.
Any information provided by a User shall be used for creating and updating his/her Account and processing your transaction(s) or for any other purposes for which you have granted access to such information.
We may also use the information collected to perform internal operations necessary to provide the services, improve & customize user experience, troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems, to conduct data analysis, testing and research and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends.
Boss Wallah may also use the information collected to run a promotion, contest, survey or other Website feature - To send the user’s information they agreed to receive about topics Boss Wallah thinks will be of interest to them, to send periodic emails, Boss Wallah may use the email address to send user information and updates pertaining to their services, it may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

Boss Wallah may also transfer data as necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users. All other transfers or sales of the user data are prohibited.
Boss Wallah takes reasonable precautions to ensure that the Personal Information it collects, uses and discloses is complete, relevant and up-to-date. However, the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information you provide. That's why we recommend that you:
a) Let Boss Wallah know if there are any errors in your Personal Information; and

In the event you wish to cease using the Application/Website/Services/Products, you may request for the deletion of your registered account by clicking here . Upon confirming that you wish to delete your account, your account, all activity and information associated therewith will be removed from the Application/Website permanently. Your Personal Information and account activity will be archived and retained by us for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days for the purpose of legal compliance or for longer if directed by a government body but will not be able to be accessed by any user or third party.
Furthermore, if your account is removed by Boss Wallah for violation of our policies and/or the prevailing law of the land, your information will be archived by Boss Wallah for a duration of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or for longer if directed by a government body.
Boss Wallah may update and/or modify this Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary changes in technology, applicable law, or any other variant. In any case, Boss Wallah reserves the right to change (at any point of time) the terms of this Policy or the Terms of Use. Any changes made by it will be effective immediately, upon posting the new Policy on the Application. While Boss Wallah will make reasonable efforts to keep you posted on any updates to this Policy, to make sure that you are aware of any changes, Boss Wallah advises you to review this Policy periodically for the latest version. Continued use of the Application or Services, after such notice, will be deemed acceptance of such changes.
By using the Application, Users give their acceptance of this policy. Continued use of the Application following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed their acceptance of those changes.
Boss Wallah does not accept any reservation or any type of limited acceptance of our Policy. You expressly agree to each and every term and condition as stipulated in this Policy without any exception whatsoever.
The Policy constitutes a part of the user terms. Boss Wallah has taken utmost care to avoid any inconsistency or conflict of this Policy with any other terms, agreements our guidelines available on our Application.
