Meet Deepa, a determined entrepreneur from Chennai. With a strong passion for nurturing young minds, Deepa founded “Lily Pond" Pre-school and Daycare Center in 2012, investing just 2 lakh rupees. Later, she expanded her business to 6 branches, each now generating an impressive annual income of 20 lakh rupees. As the head of the family, she defies stereotypes by venturing into entrepreneurship within the education sector. Recognizing her remarkable success, the Tamil Nadu Government honoured her with "Indhina Thandhi" and "Thozil Valarchi" awards. Deepa brings extensive knowledge to the table, covering everything from school setup, location selection, child management, permissions and licenses, fee structures, and syllabus development, to marketing and branding in the education sector.
